What Can I Eat?

Just Take A Look!

I followed a lowcarb WOE for over 4 years and lost 90 lbs.  About 3 years ago I fell off the lowcarb wagon and regained 40 lbs.  Tried again to lose it, but wasn't very motivated so it didn't work.  But now I'm back onboard and determined to lose 70 lbs!  To show the variety that lowcarbing allows, I thought I'd create this page to show some of the foods you can enjoy!  Most of my menus are from the OWL level of the Atkins program.

I try to change the pictures on this page weekly to show variety! So if you want new ideas for your meals, check back and look at some of mine!

BREAKFAST

Two fried eggs and strips of crispy bacon.
Served with fresh blueberries, sprinkled with Splenda.


LUNCH

Hotdogs wrapped in bacon and pan fried.
Served with sliced cucumbers and Velveeta cheese slices.


AFTERNOON SNACK

Sugar-free tapioca pudding,
layered with sliced strawberries.


SUPPER

EVENING SNACK

Peanutbutter Icecream Cookies (recipe on Recipe Page)
These taste just like peanutbutter icecream!
